These resources are here for support, but they are not emergency or crisis services. If this is more than a difficult moment, each page includes a calm next step for urgent help.

A TDC / Yaadie Chronicles publication project
Created in locally rooted and international-facing editions, One Drop of Hope shares mental-health education, lived experience, Caribbean stories and culturally grounded conversations in formats shaped for different audiences.
The Yaadie Chronicles edition is created especially for Jamaican audiences, while the TDC-facing edition serves the wider international audience.

The beginning
In 2017, the name came from a desire to chronicle what depression actually feels like while a person is living through it, not only through clinical definitions or polished hindsight.
The hope was simple: somewhere, someone awake late at night might meet another human being describing something recognisable.
